Colloquio conoscitivo con HR e seguito da tecnico , colloqui molto gradevole sostenuto con persone capaci e che erano in grado di farti sentire a tuo agio. Il colloquio era molto mirato a ciò che avessi fatto e con domande di logica . Uno dei migliori colloqui che ho sostenuto , non mirato alla teoria scolastica ma mirato alla reale esperienza lavorativa.

There were 3 rounds for freshers (right out of college) a) Written (Logical reasoning + Data Structures & Critical Thinking) b) Face to face (I round technical questions around Java, SQL & Algorithms) c) Face to face with manager (fitment & behavioural evaluation) Post that it was telephonic discussion with HR on package (which was fixed and no negotiation)
