The interview was Very smooth and very detailed. It was a group interview with my peers where we had group discussions along with technology assessments. The technology assessments were online test based which was conducted in a timely manner and was fairly easy.
The Accenture interview process includes online application, resume screening, online assessments, phone screening, technical and behavioral interviews, case interviews for some roles, and possibly an assessment center. Successful candidates receive offers after background checks, followed by onboarding.
