Accenture Software Engineer interview questions

I give interview in campus placement in our college 3 HR members in a panel and taking interview of 5 students at a time all we gave good answers we were hopping that we all will selected but they selected only one person. I don't why they not selected all of us. Cause our all 3 of qualifications and marks were same.

there was a phone interview with general questions about technologies I had worked with and learned about while getting my degree, then there was a skype interview as I was located in TN and the job was in CA. There were multiple people from the team on the skype call which lasted about 30 minutes and was not very technical.
