I have applied through college.first round was aptitude test.800 students were applied out of which 300 got into next round.next round was technical round were most of the questions were hr question.it depends on situation basically.Prepare for your aptitude very well that's the place where everyone make mistake.i have attended around 10 to 15 interview and i have found that the pattern for aptitude is same for it based company. overall it was good.

After that followed 1 technical interview, 1 managerial interview and 1 hr interview. The test duration was 45 minutes. they asked to describe oops as if I knew everything and he knew nothing, the same was the case when he asked about the data structures.
