The interview was awful. The HR stuff treated us like garbage. They told us that we should speak and ask questions, whoever doesn't will not be employed.
They started by introducing their company, telling how they feel it is the best company (for what they do) and how many (saying company names) companies were declined by them for providing their services.
They also mentioned a retail store called Masoutis in Greece and why Accenture should not take an offer from them for providing their services, although the person talking did mention that he did not know the person (Masoutis) in person and that Masoutis never asked for their services.
The HR stuff also admitted that the Accenture website is not well organized, saying that someone could not understand what the company is about through browsing the website.
The HR stuff also said that Cyta (public telecommunications company in Cyprus) asked for their services and Accenture declined them because -as they said - there is big corruption in the company (Cyta) and the corruption is associated with the government.
And final but not least, they said that they want people who are devoted to the company. They also said that working 10 to 12 hours (a day!) is something frequent and that the employees should be devoted to work hard for many hours. They said that overtime is paid, but also mentioned that someone is not expected to be paid overtime if he/she is in the first months in the company.
Overall, very arrogant people, exposed two large companies in two countries (Greece and Cyprus) and treated us awful.
In the middle of the interview they said that 3 people could not proceed with the interview (they were not good at the tests) and asked them to leave (in front of everybody else!).
