Ho sostenuto un colloquio con Accenture e l’esperienza è stata positiva: sede moderna, atmosfera professionale e informale. I tecnici mi hanno posto domande mirate su progettazione software e problem solving, senza mettermi a disagio. L’HR ha indagato su soft skill e capacità di lavorare in team. Ho apprezzato la trasparenza sulle prospettive di crescita e sulle condizioni contrattuali. In generale, un processo selettivo ben strutturato e serio.

There were total 4 rounds... 1.Aptitude round 2.Coding round 3.Communication round 4.Technical and HR interview round interview. For interview mainly focus on the projects that you've done. Improve your communication skills as well. And also be prepared for behavioral questions as well.
