Accenture Team Lead interview questions

The skilled interview was very pathetic. The interviewer came 10 mins late, was not at all interested in conducting the interview. Her internet connectivity was really poor, and she got disconnected from the call 3-4 times, but she put the blame on me repeatedly. Asked me to change various headphones, connect from phone and what not. The interview was a complete mess. The interview questions which were asked after wasting 20 good minutes, were majorly not relevant to the JD. And as soon as I disconnected the call, I saw rejection email in my mailbox. I don't know why they are wasting experienced professionals time when they don't have any interest in taking the interview.
