Interview
Seriously - i haven't seen anything like that over my 15 years professional experience.
I am sorry, but the whole thing was a joke. Let me detail as it might be actually entertaining...
Time for interview - arriving 15min early and checking-in at reception. So far so good... 15min passed my scheduled interview time somebody eventually shows up to pick me up. Was brought to small enough conference room where was told to wait for a few minutes .... 10 ... 20 .... 30 .... nobody shows up ... 45 min passed .... a woman shows up dressed like going for the beach and tells me "Sorry for being late, we are going for a quick cigarette now. Would you like to join?". I kindly reject the offer. At this stage i well passed my interview nerviness and started to meditate :)
ok, after 10 more minutes interview has started. Interviewer was clearly not prepared. Read my CV on the spot and only first two lines of the header. Then asks me few questions related to team management from which its clear - job is a junior position. Anyhow, i keep my professionalism and continue interview with proper manners.
Interviewer asks me if i can do a quick presentation for her and gives me some stats to work on. The whole scenario looks very naive and raises more questions than anything else. Anyhow .... no laptop ... interviewer goes to get a laptop ... 10min later comes back with laptop. This was somebody else laptop with all company and personal data wide open - i mean everything! I see gmail tab, some other corporate tabs and etc. As a decent citizen i do not open them, but i am not blind - it's there....
Interview went on with some extra toilet break and etc - but it's just too long to detail it now, but ... End of the interview - yep all good, thank you and etc, person opens the conference room door and "chau"... i got like a slap in the face as expected her to lead me out of the building... but no no no, i was left standing there nearly in the middle of corporate premises :) ... never mind the manners, but what about corporate security?
Found my way out and had my mind made up - i am not coming back.
Even-though job was to start in 2 weeks time, i got an offer after 5 weeks.

Interview
Multiple telephonic calls and final f2f round...then online skill test ..interview process was good and glassdoor reviews was helpful in preparation.Hiring and interview process was not much good, as the point of contact didnt help in scheduling telephonic calls and the schedulers were not sending proper mails to communicate.
