Accenture Team Leader interview questions

Very lengthy and unprofessional. I got called in last month asking all the required details like expectation , location etc. I cleared the 2 rounds of technical interview. Suddenly i saw on their job portal stating that vacancy got closed! i got shocked as why these guys interview people if they don't have vacancy. Also no email from HR for the same. After this also i am getting calls from Accenture asking about same question like expected salary and preferred location. Each time different HR calls and they don't know what previous HR has said to me. Nobody knows whats going on, This is very unprofessional attitude. Though vacancy is not there my friends are receiving calls saying that there is a vacancy in Mumbai location would like to apply. Not sure what Accenture really wants to do.
