The interview process was very professional and everyone I spoke to was friendly and enthusiastic, which was one of the main reasons I accepted the job. I was made to feel comfortable by everyone I spoke to and the they took time to truly understand what I was looking for from my new role.

Three Stages; 1. Short 5-10 minute call to check suitability 2. Face to Face Interview with Manager & 2 Staff Members from HR 3. Role Play, Recorded Sales Call lasting around 8 minutes

The process was relaxed and very accommodating. I had Covid and had to rearrange, Alex was very helpful and made me feel valued as a candidate. I enjoyed answering some of the more challenging questions asked by Tom.
