Add People interview questions

1 stage interview - Online I interviewed with two people who were very friendly and made me feel at ease. They asked me fair questions about my experience and about me as a person. It lasted, I believe, around 30 minutes. 2nd Stage Interview - In-person I interviewed with two Managers, who were again - very welcoming. They went into more depth about what my role would be and the whole purpose of the role and asked what software I have experience in. They asked specific questions about what kind of working environment I prefer and what my values are. Basically, trying to gauge if my personality is suited to Add People. They answered all of my questions. This interview lasted approx. 40 minutes. They phoned me soon after and asked if I would accept the role. I currently work here and find the people super-nice. The training process, so far, has been thorough. I am glad I accepted the role.
