Interview
I had such a great experience throughout the interview process. From the very first conversation, Becky made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed — it truly felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. In my second interview with Nick and Eleanor, the same positive energy continued. They were engaging, open, and gave me a real insight into the team and culture.
Liam also played a key role in making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept in regular contact, kept me updated at every step, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I felt really supported and valued throughout the entire process, which only confirmed that this was a team and company I wanted to be a part of.

I truly appreciated the professional yet warm and welcoming approach, which gave insight into the company's values and culture. It was a very helpful conversation about what was expected from me in the role, As well as what I had envisioned it to be plus giving a more detailed run down of the details of the day to day tasks.

Interview
The interview process with Add People was two stages - an initial 90-minute interview with the CMO, followed by 60+ minute with both the CMO and Director of People.
The first interview was an open discussion with Peter (CMO), discussing my previous job history, what he was looking for from someone in the role and the culture of Add People.
Interview #2 was then more formal, in the sense that there were set questions to answer, so that Kerry (Director of People) was able to ensure I'd fit into - and add to - the culture of Add People.
It was a really enjoyable interview process, being able to speak candidly and openly with Peter was different to the majority of my past interviews. You could tell how important the culture is to the company during the final interview too, it was great to see how much they value this.
