Add People interview questions

My first round of interview was a virtual meeting with part of the recruitment team and part of the team I would be joining. Add People were warm, welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The second interview was in-person with the head of department I was joining. It was, again, a welcoming experience, with passionate, friendly employees.

The interview process was very good. I had two interviews and in each one the interviewers made me feel very comfortable, and introduced themselves and their job roles in detail, Although there was some crossover in my first and second interview with questions and sharing my experience, the reason for this was explained to me which avoided any confusion. They asked me to map my career path, and asked questions related to that. as well as questions that related to my personality. The second stage interview was harder and required me to really dig into my previous experiences, which was to be expected. Overall, I though the interview process was very thorough and helped me to decide if the role would be a good fit for me.
