The Adobe PM interview process included an initial recruiter screen, followed by a case or product sense interview, and a mix of behavioral and technical rounds with cross-functional teams. Got questions on product strategy, prioritization, and metrics. The process was structured, transparent, and focused on both analytical thinking and creativity.

After the initial screening, they gave a very short time to schedule an HR Interview- My motivations, experience was asked in depth and checked executive presence. They reached out the same day for next steps.
