I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2014

      Interview

The process took around 2 months. 1 HR interview followed by 1 phone screen interview with the hiring manager and then onsite interview with 4 different people. They asked me about my past projects, how I handled the stakeholders, requirements, conflicts in the team. They also asked me about my technical skills , what technologies I know - some stuff on hadoop, hive and basic DW/BI questions. Overall positive experience.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in Mar 2014

      Interview

The interview process started with a direct email from the corporate recruiter, who then handed me off to the hiring manager. After several over-the-phone interviews with HR and the hiring manager, I was invited to conduct one on-site product demo for the hiring manager. Following the product demo, several more phone calls were required to iron out compensation details for the position. The team was quite amenable throughout the entire process and really went out of their way to make it as painless as possible.
