I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe in Sep 2013
Interview
No interview at all. The selection was based on an online test which consisted of analytical questions, quant, and basic data structure/algorithm/OOPS concepts. It was quite evident that the selection was done purely on the basis of grades. Some of my co-interns revealed that Adobe offered them the internship without taking any tests. Given that they were the class toppers, the above claim is further bolstered.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Amherst, MA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Asked about my research interests and what I am going to do in my PhD. The interview was around an hour long, and there were two people present. There were no coding questions and mostly conceptual stuff around the implication and possible impact of my research.
