The process was very long - 4+ months for the entire process. Ghosted for weeks at a time. Nearly 10 interviews by the end. It was not clear that all interviewers had full awareness of the role or interest in participating in the process.
3 rounds. Quick hr screening. Direct manager interview. Interview with a peer of direct manager. Both interviews had product cases and easy behavioural parts. Got the offer after that. No games.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I'm speechless and quite disappointed of the Adobe recruiting team after this whole Adobe experience after interviewing for the Deal Desk Integrity Analyst role.
Main problems:
1. Long interview recruiting process that took 2 months for a role with no real feedback in the end - 4 interviews and a case study (everything was urgent at first and had to be done asap) and then, followed by waves of silence for a week or more
2. Receiving a Talent Acquisition automatic rejection email during the interviews (that's not so professional, isn't it?) - this never ever happened in my life and for sure it affects Adobe's reputation - the Recruiter told me it's a mistake and I should continue with the interviews as nothing really happened
3. I've been asked to apply for a similar role at the beginning of the week, actually chased that it's urgent, and then, when we were about to start again the recruiting process, they decide to put the role on hold - this kind of feedback shows that Adobe doesn't actually know what they are looking for in the market
