I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Lehi, UT) in Dec 2022
Interview
An employee reached out to me to see if I would take over his role when he left (it's a long story but the role had been written for me years ago but the timing didn't work).
Talking directly to him and the folks that would be on my team went great. They were very eager. Then HR got involved. I did four interviews, 1 with a person I mentored/trained years ago, and another with someone who had nothing to do with the job I was applying for. HR said everything was looking good and they'd get back to me "by the end of next week". That was over a year ago. I checked in one or two more times but they entirely ghosted me.

Question 1
Have you worked with teams spread across the globe, in different time zones, etc? How have you made that work?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
The whole process contains 4 rounds with 1 HR interview, 1 fit interview, and 2 technical interviews. Based on the candidate's previous experience. And a case practice is required. The interviewers are pretty nice and recruiter always responded efficiently.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
I applied online via a resume drop and was invited to submit a case presentation by the recruiter. I would've been invited back for final round interviews if my materials were selected.
We had a very negative experience. After I spent 20+ hours on the presentation materials, Adobe's recruiting team never responded to me (or any classmates) on whether we were selected to proceed to present our materials in the final rounds, despite multiple emails over a month. Adobe University Recruiting did not respond to our Career Services Office either, meaning the team simply ghosted all of us, despite having a history of hiring from our M7 program before.
We would've understood if the team had not told us we were not selected. The fact that the Adobe recruiters never informed us of our progress (after we invested so many hours into the presentation materials) was extremely unprofessional.
