Adobe Sr. Product Manager interview questions

The process began with a debrief from the recruiter, who explained the initial steps. I then met with the hiring manager (Principal PM) and later with the skip-level (Sr. Director). Both interviews were conversational and went well. However, I didn’t hear back for two weeks, only to be informed that they had already hired someone.

Applied through LinkedIn and received the call from TA. First round was scheduled after discussion with me however they kept on changing the schedule without discussing the same. Cleared the first round and then the next round was scheduled with 2-member panel. Till this point the TA and team was responding to my emails and were answering my calls. However, after second round they completely ghosted me, no feedback, no confirmation- no communication at all. I tried dropping emails and calling the team but no answer from their end. One can understand the culture of an organization by how they treat candidates. I am thankful that I didn't had to waste my energy and time with any further rounds.
