I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Sep 2018
Interview
The interview was conducted in a very timely and systematic manner. Yuvaraj Mande was presiding over the whole process in a very open, transparent and effective manner. In total, 4 rounds were conducted. First round was a written test, followed by face-to-face technical interview; manager and director rounds.
This was a full day process and everything was communicated in a timely manner. Yuvaraj was very helpful throughout the process and Adobe is lucky to have such a dedicated and highly motivated valuable HR. The interview process is highly technical and you need to have excellent knowledge and relevant experience to get through the process. Wishing everyone the very best in their endeavors.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (Lehi, UT) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was short and sweet. Went to lunch, met with the boss and his boss. We quickly discussed compensation and the day to day work life. Quick turnaround, got an offer letter that evening.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via Linkedin who was interested in my professional background and invited me for an initial 30-minute phone screening interview. I passed the initial screening interview and was contacted within a week to schedule a second 30-minute phone interview with the Hiring Manager. The interviewer seemed very unenthusiastic when describing the role at hand and even went as far as stating that there is rarely any opportunity for internal growth/mobility @ Abobe--most people are stuck in the same role for 5+ years.
The interview went well, and I was told HR would follow-up with me in the coming days regarding next steps. After 2 weeks with no follow-up, I reached out to the HR recruiter x2 via email and received no reply.
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the interview process. I had undergone 2 interviews and didn't even receive a common courtesy email regarding the status of my candidacy.
