Adobe interview questions

I had spoke to a few managers within the business unit and the hiring manager about skills, perspective, experience, and more. Many of the questions were about the current process and they asked me how I might do things more efficiently.

Very inexperienced and lacks depth. Panel changes at last minute and also the scheduled date and time. No depth in the questions, time spent in understanding the profile. Expected questions on leadership, initiatives , conflict management, people related but there werent any.
