I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Emeryville, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
This was with Adobe at Emeryville. They are basically TubeMogul acquired by Adobe. So its a mix bag, dont expect same Adobe experience.
1. Call with hiring manager. No coding, this was concerning.
2. Setup onsite in a week or so.
3. There were 4 technical interviews onsite. All coding.
4. The 3rd interviewer screwed up the experience. She appeared biased/irritated/mean. She asked open ended coding question. Design a parser to parse different types of inputs (xml/json/etc) and send it to a common function to process the data. When it was my turn to ask questions, I asked how is the team, and how is the hiring manager. She snapped at me saying she is also supposed to be same level as the hiring manager and insinuated that she deserves (an overdue) promotion.
Rest of the interviewers were good and respectful. I am not too worried about not getting the offer, and would have left +ve review, had it not been for this one low caliber interviewer.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied online for a data scientist position, recruiter contacted me and said they have another position for me. The hiring manager contacted after a week. I was asked some basic machine learning questions. Then he said for the next step I will be given a take home assignment to work on for a week, if we like your analysis we will ask you to present it on site. I worked on the problem and made hundreds lines of code. A lot of visualization and some predictive models. Then after submitting my work and following up multiple times they replied that they wish the analysis was more clear. Therefore they cannot move on to presentation. I am a PhD researcher in ML and I have years of experience with statistics. I believe they did not spent time to properly review my work and they probably are wasting time of many applicants like me. I found their process unethical to ask that amount of work from an applicant and don't letting them present or explain their position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Mar 2014
Interview
There were three rounds. The first two were just time pass. Nothing constructive, however, the 3rd round with Director was critical. He asked me the most stupid question you can expect in the interview - how much marks did you get in 10th Standard.
