I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was at ADOBE HQ with the hiring manager. The interview was about the projects and different technologies. I was asked to explain one of projects and questions was around it. It was a good experience.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Tell me about the project? Which technology you have used and why?
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
First, I had a brief phone conversation with the a recruiter, then moved on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. After this, I had an onsite interview within about three weeks of submitting my application.
After the onsite interview, I was asked to submit writing samples and complete a writing test and received an offer about a month after the onsite.
Overall, great experience with the recruiter/talent partner and really enjoyed the in person interviews, very conversational yet pointed.

Question 1
How have I translated my university academics into interests and relevant skills?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
I interviewed for a position on the Adobe Ad Cloud team in NYC. I first chatted with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, followed by 3 additional team members (phone) and finished with a mock presentation.
The hiring manager (VP) took my phone interview while walking through busy NYC streets during a torrential downpour. Needless to say that this was distracting and not optimal. One other team member took my phone interview in a cab / walking through the airport. I was put on hold no less than 3 times, sometimes mid-sentence. Again, this was very distracting. Their questions were as thought provoking as one would expect for someone on-the-go.
I made it to the mock presentation portion of the interview. At this point, I can't believe that I actually continued with the process. I did only out of morbid curiosity. Expect to present a deck that you are familiar with and the Adobe team will be the client. A pretty standard mock pitch scenario.
After I went through that entire process, ending right before Thanksgiving 2017, I have not even heard back from the recruiter letting me know whether I got the job or not. Talk about good service.
I dodged a bullet and you should think twice before working here, at least for the Ad Cloud team in NYC.
