Interview
Hiring process is very confusing but one thing i am pissed of with is they conduct good level test, arrange quality interviews but at the end they hire only people with good marks in college.
Moreover for internship process the procedure is very bad, people who can't even write proper codes but have good aggregate were selected.
The hiring process in recent time has gone very bad and downgraded.

Interview
Passed resume at the career fair at my school. Was contacted to schedule an interview. The interviewer was extremely rude and condescending as he spoke, and made sure to make me feel bad for not knowing the right answer. He was not only late by 30 minutes to my interview, but also decided to rush me as much as he could.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2017
Interview
This has been the worst experience I've had with an interviewer.
I was first contacted by the recruiter and asked me to attend an on-site interview. Once I was waiting in the lobby I received a call from the hiring manager telling he was calling me for our phone interview and because I was already at the office he had no choice but to bring me in.
The entire interview was a complete mess and the lead's attitude was nothing what I was expecting, he was very rude, sarcastic and not once he mentioned anything that would encourage me to work for him or the company. He also asked inappropriate questions about my nationality and my civil status, and at one stage, because I had misplaced an answer he cut me off and said how disappointed he was about that answer.
Also, when I asked what was the career path and what should I expect from the role his answer was: 'I DON'T KNOW, I can't promise anything, 3 years ago maybe, but now I don't.'
One thing he did really well was to put me off the role AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the company's culture so thank you so much for not even getting back to me for another interview.
