Adobe interview questions

Phone interview with a member of the developer team. The interview started with questions about skills and tools. It moved into a discussion of the challenges the team was working on. Then progressed into an exchange about how I might work within the dynamics of the project's various constituencies. It was an excellent interview, devoid of unrelated questions. I gave it a difficulty below of Easy, because it was based on the actual work and conditions. If you had the applicable experience, and a good attitude, you would have a good result.

Overall the process is very smooth. Started off with a telephonic conversation with the HR person who gave ample insights on the products and what to expect, what the role demands. Followed by another telephonic conversation with a floor rep. Post this 4 rounds of face to face interviews....including one technical presentation round. Challenging interviews ...great questions and overall wonderful experience.
