The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Huge time waster. Adobe is the type of place that doesn't care if wasting 2 months of your time with no offer or reason is a bad karma move.
Adobe has pulled this move so many times and gotten away with it they're emboldened to keep doing it.
Big difference is between director level and managerial level at Adobe. Directors will have far more experience, where as managers are painfully junior. Unfortunately, the junior types run the show and will decide if you work there or not, leaving the director-level looking mostly helpless in the process.
HR is hot air. Don't expect them to follow through.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Feb 2015
Interview
It took a month to complete the interview process. Total 4 rounds of the interview. First HR round. Then manager round, then director round the the final negotiation with the HR. in 4 rounds of interview i was asked the same questions , and i also gave a technical test in the final round.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Mar 2012
Interview
FIrst was the written test which was a simple one. After screening, they called for interviews. In my case, they had only two interviews. Both of the interviews included some basic problem solving, small programs of strings, factorial, lcm and all. The interviewers are supportive and give scope of emerging with a solution rather than just answering with an already learnt answer. It would be nice to go through already existing Adobe Papers and interview questions.
