I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Pretty efficient - they fly you out to their San Jose headquarters, where it sort of resembles a job fair. You talk to the different teams, rank your preferences, they rank you, and then the next day you get called back for interviews. They let you know your status within two weeks.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (New York, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews before I went to their office. I first had a portfolio review, followed by one on one meetings. I was interviewed by 5 different people of their team, including directors, managers and lead designers from different departments. The whole process was pretty long (3 hours), but the questions were pretty standard and everyone was very nice.
