Round 2 was f2f ( 3 hours) ... Had a break for 10 mins in between ...( technical questions)
Round 3 - US team memeber (technical + general discussion) - 30 mins on call .
Round 4 - ( 30 mins managerial round ...decribed roles and expectations)

Interview
Applied online. There was only a short period applications were open for. Had a phone interview within a week (typical questions like why a sales role / how did you hear about adobe etc.) Was notified within 48hrs that I had been invited to an assessment centre. There were 10 people at the day and 4 positions available in two offices (Twickenham / Maidenhead). The first half of the day consisted of various presentations about the role and Adobe. The second half was made up of 5x 15minute interview and a 15 minute office tour with current interns and then a team activity in a group of 5 to present different phones to the company and ultimately try and recommend and sell a specific model (5 minute presentations - 1 hr prep time). After the day, they let you know within a week whether you were successful or not.
