I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Dec 2011
Interview
Too many rounds, much grilling, you will exhaust repeating the same thing. All managers coming and asking the same thing. Written test was easy. It was a shift based role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Aug 2014
Interview
Good and systematic. There were around 5 to 6 rounds with different people of different teams at different levels. Mainly questions about why Adobe and questions from cv. Be prepared with their product line and have a basic understanding of what the products do. But hr takes a lot of time to get back with the offer letter even when they confirm that you are in.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Kānpur, Uttar Pradesh)
Interview
Only Offline Test of Algorithms. Some questions on trees, heaps, puzzles, binary search. Some pure logic questions. There were questions where I had to write pseudocode of tree algorithms like finding length, number of nodes etc. Some questions were there on use of hashing. Geeksforgeeks would be an ideal place to prepare for it .
