I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2012
Interview
It was really long, but there were the usual suspects: Manager, their boss, the people who you will be working with every day (sales reps, other SEs).Basically, asking questions where they wanted you to give some insight on your background, your experience. Give illustrations (some technical, some not) on why you're an exceptional person for the job, as well as trying to gain some insight into your personality. Will you be a good fit for this team, the company, our prospects, etc.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adobe (Bukarest, ) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied for a Bsc. diploma internship at Adobe by sending my resume to a recruiter. I got contacted the same day and they scheduled two in-person interviews for me. The first one was a 60-minute technical interview (and it extended to 75), with a panel of two engineers from the team I was interviewing for and the second one was a 30-minute chat with two hiring managers. For the first interview I was asked a number of questions, from describing projects I have worked on (based on my resume) to quick data structures & algorithms problems. I was also asked some general questions about distributed systems and communication protocols. I enjoyed this interview a lot, because the two engineers were very friendly and the questions covered a lot of different areas. The second interview was about my experience and my future plans and the two managers were also very friendly.
