I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Adobe (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2015
Interview
First round in-person campus interview, all behavioral questions based on resume and experience. The interviewer looked bored and uninterested. Very rude and dismissive. She made it clear to me that she was not the one who selected the candidates for an interview because she treated me like I was not going to get the position regardless of this interview or not based on my lack of tech business experience. Asked me irrelevant questions such as how big is your freshmen class at your university and do people get classes easily....
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Boston, MA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had an initial 1-hour phone interview with the hiring manager, who is 3000 miles away, followed by a 2-hour technical interview with him, answering a set of varied questions using a shared internet collaboration site. Then they flew me out for a solid afternoon of personal interviews, 5 1-hour meetings back to back. The job offer came about two weeks later.
The technical interview was excellent, about 24 questions, mostly essay, which dove into my knowledge of SQL queries, Linux command line operations (devops) and deployment architectures for high-performance and high-availability.

Interview
After receiving a call from the HR a technical interview was scheduled in Bucharest with two developers. The technical interview was not very difficult, it involved some questions regarding Java and design patterns and talking about OS and networking concepts: threads, TCP/IP, etc. After one week I got a call from HR to talk about an offer.
