I applied through school job fair. Got an on-campus interview. The recruiter was very friendly. We talked about my experience in my resume and how is my school life. He also asked some questions related to skills I mentioned in resume like comparison of Java and Python, mobile app developing, etc. No coding or algorithm questions asked.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Neu-Delhi) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was good. The guys were friendly and would help you throughout the process. HR is also friendly and responsive. The interview too started timely. There were 2 rounds which was a mix of tech and puzzles. They also asked to find test cases for a couple of situations or so.

There was a task to fulfill before the interview, then face to face evaluation followed by senior management interview from US. Overall friendly attitude, I felt really relaxed and comfortable.
