I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Adobe in Aug 2015
Interview
It was an on campus hiring process. Consisted of an online test which had 8 questions - 5 MCQ, 2 coding and 1 creative answer question. Interview was telephonic and lasted for around 15 minutes.
It was pretty easy. The creative question was this: Imagine a world where all cars are self driving. Describe the technological ecosystem surrounding this. What other technologies can be made as a compliment to such cars.

Interview
Was called after submitting my resume online. It took about week to get the call back. The interview was done in two steps. First there was a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a HR prime. That lasted one hour. This was then followed by a questionnaire regarding my views on things such as culture, collaboration, work life balance.
