I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Singapur) in Sep 2014
Interview
I first applied online, and got a telephone interview and a second round interview in the company. They care more about your technical skills (past projects, your favourite programming languages, etc) while caring about your soft skills as well. They expect you to know Java and some web development experience. Show that you are good in programming while not being a nerd, and show your passion and understanding of the company, you will definitely get an offer. The interviewer was super nice and friendly.

Interview
The process took about 3 weeks, and it consisted of 2 on-site interviews.
The first one was technical, with 2 interviewers The atmosphere was good, and it went quite well, I had to write something on the board.
The second interview was with the manager, nothing too technical, he asked questions about me and about why I want to work at Adobe, and in what products am I interested.
The offer was poor, so I declined it.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
The hiring and interviewing process consisted of two HR generalists interviewing me. They were very friendly but do expect you to research and know the company. The questions were pretty standard and they definitely ask questions based on resume so be sure to know what you are talking about.
