I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
Met with the recruiter, then hiring manager, then panel of interviews. It was mostly all behavioral. After completing the final round of interviews they totally ghosted me. I've heard stories of this happening to candidates, but it had never happened to me. I can't believe after I put in all this work they just won't give me an update, even to tell me I didn't make it. It's so disrespectful. I expected better of such an established organization and makes me think much less of them.

Question 1
Focused a lot on specific questions about my experience working on the product areas for the team I was applying to.
There were three rounds. The middle round had a power round with three back to back interviews. Most of it was testing for basic logic around how sales funnels were designed and there were a few mini cases that tested that. A lot of focus was on collaborating and how people can drive that.
