Question 1
He asked me a question from theoretical computer science which was quite unexpected.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adobe
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me about this position. Spoke with him for 10 minutes and he said he will schedule an interview with the hiring manager. 2 weeks later, the hiring manager himself contacted me for an interview schedule. Interview was scheduled and afterwards... nothing. Emailed the hiring manager and there was no response. Same with the recruiter. Very unprofessional for both the recruiter and hiring manager. I will not want to work with the hiring manager if this is how he treat people.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2012
Interview
10 interviews. Basically very few questions. I asked most of the questions and kept the conversation going. Friendly and basically engaging. I was hired on the basis of relevant experience and I expect the high energy I portrayed during the interviewing process.
