I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adobe (Bengaluru) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very fundamental question, very easy, very good future,
Time is very limited, generally mass hiring, not sure how it is now
Question include parsing a input like balanced pairs (), of , and mind tricks, some math questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Sydney) in Aug 2024
Interview
I went through an extensive interview process spanning over 9 weeks, involving 9 interviews with 6 stakeholders across Australia, North America, Singapore, and India. I completed both a capability assessment and a cultural fit assessment - receiving positive feedback at every stage.
Unfortunately, the final round - a virtual ‘chemistry’ interview with the GM of APAC - was deeply disappointing. The conversation lacked engagement, and it felt as though the outcome had been predetermined. Conducting a chemistry interview virtually is unusual and, in this case, ineffective.
After investing significant time and energy, it was disheartening not to receive an offer - especially when every other interaction had been positive. It’s unfortunate that a single person can hold such influence without meaningful rapport or context.
This experience left a bitter aftertaste. While the broader team seemed genuinely impressive, the overall process lacked fairness and consistency at the final hurdle.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what challenges you and how you can make a difference.
Straightforward interview to discuss my experiences utilizing Adobe solutions in my career. We discussed my experience and their needs. It seemed a good fit. But they ended up ghosting me and the recruiter.
