Initial chat where they explained the role and pay range, then a design test + I had to show a couple samples of my work + 1 round with director of team

Each round lasted around 1 hour and the interviewers were knowledgeable and respectful. In some rounds, I was asked to share past experiences and explain how I handled certain challenges. T The final round was with a hiring manager or senior leader, mainly to assess team fit and alignment with company values.
