I had 3 rounds:
- recruiter call
- Hiring Manager interview (direct product manager above me), introduced the team and project and asked about my experience and how I approach ambiguous problems
- Panel Interview, 30 mins 3 Sr. PMs, asked product sense questions, what product do you like and how would you improve them etc.
very personable, relatively quick. put under some time pressure to prepare for the presentation & demo which I think was intentional. it was fair as it reflects the nature of the role
Initial screening with in-house recruiter. Interviews via Zoom with VP and junior and senior attorneys in several functional areas of the legal department. Questions were focused on both substantive legal knowledge and cultural fit.
