I had to do multiple interviews, two with the same person, one with another. The questions were pretty typical interview questions. The interviews were very long. They really pushed that everyone who worked there loved the company.

Interview
Employee Experience / Talent role. Four rounds of interviews - Recruiter, HM, Team Member, and another round with additional Team Members. The interviewees were very sharp and on their game and asked in depth questions about managing programs, stakeholders, influencing senior leadership, solving conflict or disagreements on teams, and what working style you have. The recruiter was very communicative and followed up often on next steps.
The interview process begins with application screening, followed by an initial phone or video interview. Candidates then undergo technical, behavioral, or case interviews, sometimes with multiple rounds. Panel or final interviews assess overall fit. References may be checked before extending an offer, concluding the process with salary negotiation and onboarding.
