I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adobe (Singapur)
Interview
Only had initial call with a recruiter who informed me the role had been closed earlier that morning, but we could continue with our conversation in case it falls through. Call was standard, recruiter was professional. She was not willing to disclose salary range, compensation structure, or employer benefits, suggesting to check out Glassdoor instead. As an experienced, mid-level job seeker from west coast USA (where employers are legally required to disclose salary range to level the playing field), this was off-putting and made clear the recruiter's interest was not aligned with mine.
very personable, relatively quick. put under some time pressure to prepare for the presentation & demo which I think was intentional. it was fair as it reflects the nature of the role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adobe (Noida) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 levels of rounds, easy but scenario based (only to judge your past experience), friendly experience, no pressure, I have completed 3 years in adobe (blessed to be a part of Adobe journey)
