Adobe Talent Scout interview questions

I had one phone interview, 2 in person interviews, followed by 2 more phone interviews to be told that I didn't get it. I had to check in after every interview multiple times. I felt that each person who spoke to me knew nothing about me, as if they had not spoken to the previous interviewer so the interviews were repetitive. I would have loved the job because it sounded like something that suited my personality, but I was really disappointed with the interview process.

Very stringent and detailed. 8 rounds of interview- telephonic, video, face to face. Interviews included a test for presentation skills, on the job skills apart from the usual questioning and answering. Very good interviewers- knowledgable and created a very comfortable interview atmosphere. Even the 8 interview ordeal seemed like a learning experience !
