Align Technology interview questions

Process was easy no serious behavioral questions and quick response when it came to feedback. Appreciated how they were on time and was graceful about college students not knowing the answers as we are learning and just trying to get experience

The interview process was repetative. There was no clarity provided about the role and working process about the team. The team was not clear about the JD and multiple point of contacts reached from same company for same role. The interview was conducted and they offered the role. When requested to arrange the discussion to have clarity on the working shifts and hours. Post discussion the offer and my candidature was rejected. Before sending written offer they ask candidates to give email commitments on the working shift without details and CTC also they do not provide clarity post mentioned that the candidature is selected.
