Allianz Data Graduate interview questions

First step was a brief phone call. Second step was a group dynamic for 4 hours. It was like an escape room, different intellectual challenges where you have to collaborate. It was very little transparent what they were assessing. After investing 4 whole hours for the step, they did not provide any feedback, even if they had promised to do so. A huge red flag for a company in my opinion. I believe a candidate deserves at least a feedback after 4 hours of intense examination.
