Allianz Financial Controller interview questions

Three weeks after the application, they asked for the first interview. Still after 3 weeks no response on the first round. They have already confirmed that the interview process may take up to 3 months.

Interviewed with 2 HR staff, 2 managers in work team and discussed credit report in depth. The interview with the team's senior manager was a little difficult, as the person asked for you to weigh in on how to fix problems that had were long-standing with almost no resources available to help in the process.
