Interview
It went well, yu get call from HR and the main ops manager. Then if selected HR will call back again and give yu offer letter after discussing it with you. Simple process.
I had an interview with the manager. They asked me about my Experience & Background: Questions about my previous work experience, especially in sales, customer service, or any experience in the insurance or finance industries, my methods for prospecting clients, and how I close deals.

Interview
At first there was a written test which had questions to test the general aptitude and language.
Second round was speaking. a topic was given and we were to speak about it for 3 minutes.
third round was the interview. It was just a casual interview with general questions to check the language skills and how you answer the questions.
