If you don't wish to take the interview please don't waste time of candidates.
First interview panel did not join after wait of 30 minutes and contacting HR I was informed panel could not join.
Second time interview scheduled and half an hour before I was told it needs to be rescheduled again
Third time finally interview was conducted and after the interview when I started asking him questions he said better luck next time
I don't even know what to say
If it would have been bad I would have accepted but after answering 95% questions he is telling me this so if you really don't want to hire then please be upfront about it with your HR and your team .

Es war einfach ein erstes Kennenlernen, um zu schauen ob man überhaupt ins Team passt. Im Anschluss wurden noch ein Paar technische fragen gestellt und welche Programmiersprachen man beherrscht. Am ende konnte man selbst noch Fragen stellen es war generell eine Entspannte Stimmung

The process is good but it’s a very lengthy interview process. But overall it’s good experience. Totally 4 rounds. General introduction, Technical, Aptitude and Manager and HR discussions. At the end of the interview I got an offer

amazing, talked about past experiences, showed me the project i am going to work on, totally interactive, non of that DS+Algorithms crap you get at most interview. it didn't feel like an interview
