Made it to the third and final interview and was told I would hear back from them in a week. Reached out for an update two weeks later with no response. Ended up receiving an email 3 months later saying I didn't get the job. Would expect them to let me know earlier considering I made it to the last interview. Not the way to treat students. Interviews on the other hand were quite standard and consisted of the basic behavioural questions.
behavioral intern only - why insurance? If pivoting from a different industry - state why. Pretty easy! Getting an interview is tough as a student, especially with little to no experience but is very possible. Their recruiting season is around April - very late.
Overall, it was a good interview since I prepared. There were several questions asked, and as long as you gear your responses to the strengths of your character, should be good. This was a recent interview, no response just yet,
