I had a phone screen and then an interview with two different departments. During each interview, they asked one question to ensure that I knew about a topic covered in an actuarial exam I'd passed. They also asked a question in every interview on how insurance companies make money.

Applied online after meeting for a short web talk. Couple weeks later they then got back to me to do a phone interview with two of their employees. Went pretty smoothly, it is just a bummer that with most companies you don't receive much feedback.
