First round interview with hiring manager and a team member, the manager lost interest very quickly, didn’t even sell me the job. Apparently they don’t see me as a good candidate. Something weird happened during the interview, can’t draw the conclusion but the manager may not be a nice person to work with. That should explain the high turnover rate and why the job postings are open forever for this team.
